MEMORABLE MOMENT IN BALLET

“In the winter of 2018/19, after being off dance for 6 months with a severe stress fracture in my shin, I came back and performed Snow Queen in “The Nutcracker”. It was my first principal role and my mom and aunt came all the way from Canada to see it. When the hardest part of the pas de deux was over I felt so much happiness doing the remaining steps- for overcoming injury, for having family around me and for feeling like I had achieved a lifelong goal. It was the best kind of Christmas present”.
