EDUCATION AND WORK
Andrea Porro studied in Accademia Teatro alla Scala of Milan and finished his studies in Russian Ballet College in Genova. In 2017, he joined the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus where he danced in various classical productions as a member of corps and demi-soloist roles. After a year he joined the State Ballet of Georgia in Tbilisi as a soloist. He danced in the productions of George Balanchine, Auguste Bournonville, Frederick Ashton, Jiři Kylian, Leonide Lavrovsky, Yuri Possokhov. In December 2021, he joined the Teatr Wielki of Poznan where he danced Espada in “Don Quixote” and soloist roles in contemporary productions. After a period of freelancing and exploring he joined the Estonian National Ballet in 2023.
