TICKET SALES AND RESERVATIONS

Tickets for performances at the Estonian National Opera are available on the theatre’s website and at the theatre box office.
The box office is open Tue–Sat 11:00–19:00 and Sun 11:00–15:00 (except on public holidays).
The main entrance of the theatre building is open during box office opening hours and throughout performances.

Tickets can be reserved and reservations modified Mon–Fri 10:00–17:00 (except on public holidays) by email at estonia@opera.ee or by phone at +372 683 1210.
Tickets may be reserved for up to 30 days. If the tickets are not purchased within 30 days, they will be released for public sale again.
Please note: if less than 30 days remain before the performance, tickets cannot be reserved.

TICKET EXCHANGES

Tickets purchased for Estonian National Opera performances may be exchanged for tickets to another performance organised by the Estonian National Opera no later than three working days before the performance date, provided that seats are available for the desired performance.
Tickets can only be exchanged at the Estonian National Opera box office. Tickets may only be exchanged for performances taking place during the current season. The exchange fee is 5 EUR per ticket.
Please note: if there is a price difference between the original tickets and the new tickets, the difference must also be paid.

GIFT VOUCHER

A gift voucher from the Estonian National Opera makes an excellent present for friends and loved ones!
Gift vouchers for Season 121 are valid for performances taking place between 4 September 2026 and 20 June 2027. You may choose the value of the gift voucher yourself.
Gift vouchers can be purchased from the Estonian National Opera website and box office.

TICKET REFUNDS

If the Estonian National Opera is forced to replace or cancel a performance due to force majeure circumstances, tickets will, upon request, be refunded at their purchase value within three days. The Estonian National Opera is not responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Tickets for performances that have already taken place cannot be refunded or exchanged.
