Kantaro Takishima

EDUCATION AND WORK
Kantaro Takishima began his training at Tachibana Ballet School in Japan (2014–2021) and continued at The Harid Conservatory under Meelis Pakri (2021–2025). Since autumn 2025, he is a member of the Estonian National Ballet.

MEMORABLE MOMENT IN BALLET
“A few days before the performance, my partner for the “Nutcracker” pas de deux was injured and could no longer dance. I had to go on stage with a new partner after only two rehearsals, but we successfully completed the performance”.
