Maria Leppoja

EDUCATION AND WORK
Maria Leppoja began her singing studies in Heino Eller Tartu Music College in the class of Viviane Kallaste. While studying, she won the first prize at the Erika Veskimets-Solom Singing Competition in two consecutive years. She obtained her BA degree at the Royal Conservatory of the Hague in the class of Maria Acda-Maas. In 2015, she obtained her MA degree at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in the class of Heli Veskus. She joined the Estonian National Opera Chorus in 2013. She made her role debut on the stage of the Estonian National Opera in 2021 in Ravel’s opera “L’enfant et les sortileges”.
