EDUCATION AND WORK
Miina Eliise Luts began her ballet studies in Tartu at the Vanemuine Dance and Ballet School (2010–2023, under the guidance of Elena Poznjak-Kõlar and Rita Dolgihh). She then continued her training at the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet in the class of teacher Kaie Kõrb (2023–2025). Since the autumn of 2025, she has been a dancer with the Estonian National Ballet.
MEMORABLE MOMENT IN BALLET
“One of the brightest and most memorable moments was in 2020 at the premiere of the ballet “Tilda and the Dust Angel” (directed and choreographed by Mare Tommingas) at the Vanemuine Theatre, where I had the opportunity to perform the role of Tilda. Another very important moment for me was when I found out I had advanced to the finals of the Youth America Grand Prix (2025). The most recent special experience was performing at the MUBA Ballet Gala on the stage of the Estonian National Opera, where I had the honour of dancing an excerpt from Tiit Härm’s ballet “Twilight Houses.”
