EDUCATION AND WORK
Reigo Tamm finished Tapa Secondary School in 2008 and began his studies at the Drama School of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre to become an actor under the guidance of Elmo Nüganen. He has also studied acting at Rose Bruford College in London. In 2009–2016, he studied classical singing at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre with Taavi Tampuu. Reigo Tamm has participated in Jenny Anvelt’s, Giacomo Aragall’s, Virgilijus Noreika’s and Caroline Dowdle’s master classes. In 2014–2017, he was a soloist with Vanemuine Theatre. Since 2017, he is a soloist with Estonian National Opera.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS 
Reigo Tamm is the young Culture Bearer of Tartu (2015) for his concerts and roles in Vanemuine Theatre, the winner of the Chrystal Shoe Award (2018) and the winner of the SEB Audience Award 2020 and 2024. In autumn 2019, he received the Estonian National Opera Foundation Award and the scholarship of the Estonian National Culture Foundation.

He has sung soloist parts in Vanemuine Theatre’s concert performances “An Evening with Kálmán” and “An Evening with Strauss”. He has also played in the musicals “Spring Awakening” and “Shrek” of the State Puppet Theatre, in “Pipe. Crossing Through Life” by Ugala Theatre and in “In the Backyard” by Emajõe Summer Theatre. In summer 2013, he sang in the Aix-en-Provence Opera Festival choir.
