Stanislav Šeljahhovski

EDUCATION AND WORK
Stanislav Šeljahhovski is a bass-baritone who received his vocal training at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. In 2024, he completed his master’s degree in Vocal Performance in the class of Mati Turi. His professional activity is closely connected with opera stages in Estonia and across Europe: he has appeared in productions at the Estonian National Opera, Vanemuine Theatre, and the Savonlinna Opera Festival. Šeljahhovski’s repertoire includes both major operatic roles and parts in large-scale vocal-symphonic works. He has participated in masterclasses with renowned opera singers and pedagogues, including Maria Guleghina, as well as a recitative masterclass with Professor Stefano Patarino at the Cesare Pollini Conservatory in Padua.

REPERTOIRE
Stanislav Šeljahhovski’s repertoire spans a wide stylistic range from Baroque to 20th- and 21st-century works. He focuses on music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Gioachino Rossini, and Giuseppe Verdi, as well as the Russian vocal-symphonic tradition. A significant part of his concert and stage experience also includes works by 20th-century composers such as Igor Stravinsky and Leoš Janáček, contributing to a versatile and stylistically balanced artistic profile.
