“Concert for Everyone” is an interactive musical journey based on the principles of music therapy and designed to support children’s emotional and social development. The concert takes place at the very heart of the theatre – on the stage of the Estonian National Opera.

Accompanied by instrumental music and collaborative music-making, children embark on a journey through a world of emotions: beginning with joy and happiness, travelling through anger, sadness and anxiety, and finally arriving on an island of peace and balance. The journey encourages children to discover how music can help them express their emotions and cope with different situations.

The concert helps children understand and express their feelings more effectively. It also teaches them to use music consciously as a tool for relieving stress and tension, improving concentration and developing self-expression. The concert creates a safe and inclusive environment in which every child can experience their emotions and learn to express them positively through music. After the concert, audience members will have the opportunity to try out some of the different bells heard during the performance.
